OUR TEAM

Charitie has been in the Dental field since 1999 and joined Manson & Chi Dentistry in July 2017. She has experience working at the front desk as well as assisting. She loves helping people and feels there is something very satisfying about making a difference in someone’s life. Charitie has three amazing teenage children that keep her busy at all times, but she wouldn’t want it any other way. If she’s not enjoying one of her kids’ sporting events, you will most likely find her doing some kind of outdoor activity or reading a good book.

Joanna has worked in the field of dentistry since the year 2000 and is very familiar with Kirkland and the surrounding areas. She was born and raised in Redmond and went to Lake Washington High School, followed by Lake Washington Technical College. She has been with our practice since 2006 and clearly enjoys her job, as she is always enthusiastic and ready to help our patients. In her spare time, she likes to garden, reading, and playing with her dog.

Murphy has 3 wonderful kids. She has been in the dental industry for 2 years but in the medical field for a total of 12 years. She enjoys hanging out with her husband along with their large extended family. She loves being outdoors and finding new adventures.

Passionate about dentistry since my teenage years, I am dedicated to helping people achieve their best dental health. As a first-generation immigrant with roots in Crimea, I speak fluent Russian and take pride in my heritage. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband, our two black labs, and our cat. We’re avid outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy fishing, camping, and making the most of nature’s beauty.

Lily grew up in Kirkland, WA and graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor's in Biology and from Lake Washington Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's in Dental Hygiene. As your oral health advocator, she seeks to empower you with the knowledge to improve and sustain your dental and systemic health. She is also passionate about dental volunteering, traveling, and ice cream.

Alexa was born and raised in Ohio. She graduated from Rhodes State College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She enjoys the career most because, in dentistry, there is always new information to learn. Alexa is passionate about communicating dental health information to her patients and taking all steps to ensure their comfort during visits. In her free time, Alexa loves to cook, spend time with loved ones and explore Washington.

Helen was born in Vietnam and relocated to Washington sometime in 2011, and has since called the state of Washington her home. She started off as a Dental Assistant in 2017 before going back to school to obtain her Bachelor of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She has always been passionate about teeth since childhood and always dreamed of pursuing a career in dentistry. To Helen, being a dental hygienist means providing care, education, and support to help everyone improve their oral health.

Aura made her way to Washington when she was five years old. She completed her Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary (EFDA) in 2023 and has been in the dental field for 25+ years. Combining her extensive dental experience with her dedication to providing excellent patient care is why we love having her in our dental family. In her spare time, she enjoys getaways with her husband, going to Mariners games, and gardening.

Courtney was born and raised in Texas, where she met her husband, who is originally from Washington. She has been in the dental field since 2006 and joined Manson & Chi Dentistry in 2021. As a registered dental assistant, Courtney anticipates the doctor’s needs with diligence and precision, providing a compassionate, prime experience in a timely manner. Outside of the office, Courtney likes to be outdoors to see the beautiful nature, enjoys mud runs, and spends time with her family.

Jessica’s favorite part about being a Dental Assistant is being there and comforting her patients during their procedures. She enjoys hiking, animals, and all things chocolate. It’s not a perfect day for her without a sweet treat.

Olive has been in the dental field for 3 years now! She joined the practice in 2024. Her favorite part about being a dental assistant is making her patients feel comfortable and safe in the chair. Outside of work Olive enjoys baking, watching motocross with her boyfriend and going on walks.
